I've had the pleasure of consulting with Neil on a couple of occasions in this past year. I can honestly tell you that Neil operates on a higher level than most when it comes to social media. Neil taught me more useful stuff in one hour than I'd picked up in a year of online research. He will also give you a working plan so you can get started in getting all your social media ducks lined up. I started working with Neil about a month ago. We connected on Google+ and immediately began crafting a plan to optimize my website for local search results. I had been talking to local people in the Boston area about search engine optimization, which I must admit was a relatively new term for me. I had mixed results, and quite frankly nobody I spoke to gave me a sense of comfortableness that I had talking to Neil. OK, so I already had a small social presence but felt like i was just chucking noise at the internet with no real road to follow or plan to take with me. I would post on Twitter, Facebook and of course G+ but never engaged an audience and it seemed no one cared what i was saying. I came across Neil after actively looking for social media guidance. The fact his face popped up just about everywhere was a good indication he knew what he was doing. I would describe Neil as a "mad scientist/Yoda" of the social media world, if you thought you knew how to use social media sites effectively, trust me you don't know nothing till you've spoken to this guy. I now know my road and the map, like the back of my hand and that's after just a couple of Google Hangouts. I have used Social Media Marketing Plus as a consulting firm for years and Neil over there definitely has given me and our personal injury law firm a leg up on our competition, by his unflinching efforts and persistence at getting our law firm sites on top of the SERPS.
